Our timing belt needed to be repaired. When I called around, SJM was the cheapest quote - but their service was great too! I was able to request an appointment online, then received a text confirming the appt. When I called to check on length of time of the appt and ask if they had rentals, they were super prepared for my questions and even before I asked, had looked up our model, whether the belt was in stock, and how long it would take to receive it. 👏🏼 When the car was done, we got a text with the diasgnostic report. I called to go over it on the phone, and they called when it was ready. We had the car back in 2 days. (Would have been next day but we had a scheduling conflict and had to go the next morning.) It also helps that its close to home for us! They also seemed very organized with their paperwork, and it seems to be a family business. Checks all the boxes for me! Well done!
