At first I put a Great Review, but after realizing they really don’t care about customer service. For instance they had Me believe they put synthetic oil in My truck, but they didn’t and they were low 3 quarts. Also I asked them for some estimates a few times and kept calling reminding and they never came through. They’ll act like they doing You right, but You soon realize You been played. Go somewhere else this isn’t the place for You!!!!

These Guys are Amazing if You want a mechanic shop You can trust this is the Place. Everything was exceptional. I would go out of My way to make sure that these Guys handle My car needs. I Feel like they will Take care of Me Honestly everytime and that's what matters. Prices are Great as well I was Blown away at what they charged $100 less than expected!!!!

Had a rear main seal go on my 2014 Audi Allroad. Steve and his team had a fair price and the quality of work was excellent. Will be returning.

Previously I only serviced my BMW at dealerships. Unhappy with a recent dealership experience, I tried out SJM. I planned to only do one repair with them. I wanted to see their work before I placed all my business with them. After meeting Steve my trust in the business grew. I was walked through the shop to see what the technicians saw on my BMW. This experience is more rare than it should be. After my experience booking the appointment, dropping off my car, and follow up call to approve work, I decided to get all my repairs done by SJM. My only regret is not leaving the dealership and working with SJM years ago!
